Born in 1977 in Lienz, East Tyrol (Osttirol), Austria. Starting his musical career at age 17, his instrument at the time was a snare drum.

Didi moved to Vienna when he was 18. Having played with the likes of Dana Gillespie and Big Jay McNeely, Didi is now one the most well-versed and sought-after blues and boogie drummers in Vienna. His main muscial interests span styles from rockabilly to blues and boogie woogie.
